Returns & Refunds Policy (Consumable Materials)


At Just Pressables, we are committed to supplying high-quality dental lab materials and helping customers achieve consistent results. Because dental lab consumables are highly sensitive to storage, handling, and application conditions, our returns policy reflects the nature of these products.

1) Consumable Materials Policy

Due to safety, hygiene, and product integrity considerations, consumable materials are generally final sale.
Returns or exchanges are only accepted in the following cases:

  • Verified shipping damage
  • Verified manufacturer defect
  • Incorrect item shipped by us
  • Verified product performance issues (see Section 6)

2) Opened Products

For quality assurance and safety reasons:

  • Products with broken seals cannot be returned
  • Opened or partially used materials are non-returnable
  • This policy is necessary because we cannot guarantee product integrity once packaging has been opened.

3) Storage & Handling Responsibility

Dental lab materials are sensitive to environmental factors such as temperature, humidity, light exposure, and handling conditions. Customers are responsible for proper storage and usage in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.

4) Shipping Damage / Defective Items (48-Hour Notice)

If your product arrives damaged or appears defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please email technical@justpressables.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging and shipping box
  • We will promptly review and arrange a resolution.

5) Incorrect Shipments (48-Hour Notice)

If you receive an incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. The product must remain unopened and sealed. We will correct the issue at no additional cost.

6) Product Performance Support

We understand dental materials can behave differently depending on equipment, technique, and lab conditions. If you experience performance concerns, email technical@justpressables.com.
Our team will assist with troubleshooting and problem identification. We may request supporting information such as:

  • Photos or short videos of the issue
  • Batch/lot numbers and expiration details
  • Equipment used and processing parameters
  • Environmental/storage conditions

7) Verified Performance Issues

If a material performance issue is verified after review, we may offer a refund, replacement, or exchange. Resolutions are determined on a case-by-case basis.

8) Return Authorization Required (RMA)

Any approved return requires prior authorization (RMA). Unauthorized returns may be refused.

9) Refund Processing

Where applicable, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days after inspection and approval. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

10) Customer Acknowledgement

By completing a purchase, customers acknowledge responsibility for product selection and compatibility, proper storage and handling, and adherence to manufacturer guidelines.
